At TA Tourism, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel, tourism, and visa consultancy services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1.General Policy
– All payments made to TA Tourism are considered for professional services and/or third-party bookings.
– Once a service has been initiated or documents have been submitted to relevant authorities (e.g., embassy, consulate, airline, hotel), no refund will be issued.
– Refunds, if applicable, are processed only in cases where TA Tourism is unable to deliver the agreed service due to our direct fault.
2.Visa Services
– Visa fees paid to embassies, consulates, VFS centers, or other authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances.
– TA Tourism service fees are refundable only if your application has not yet been processed or submitted to the relevant authority.
– If your visa is refused by the embassy/consulate, no refund will be provided for service fees or third-party charges.
3.Travel & Tour Packages
– Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
– TA Tourism will deduct all non-refundable supplier charges plus an administrative fee of [X]% from the total amount paid.
– Any refund request must be made in writing at info@tatourizm.com within the specified cancellation period.

– Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days from the date of approval.
